GKSA AGM on January 10th

Interested in growing the game of softball in the Greater Kingston Area?  If so, come out to the annual general meeting of the Greater Kingston Softball Association! 2018 Kingston Kobras Girls Bantam Rep Tryouts

Open tryouts for the 2018 Kingston Kobras Bantam Rep Girls Fastball team will be held on the following dates: 1. Sunday, September 10, 2017 2. Monday, September 11, 2017 3. Thursday, September 14, 2017 Each tryout will begin at 6:30 and they will take place at the Bayridge diamonds (750 Bayridge Dr., Kingston, ON, K7M 5M3). Girls are expected to arrive at 6:15 to check-in. Girls born in either 2002 or 2003 are eligible to play. Players are expected to attend all tryouts, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Novice Teams Experiencing Success

A huge congratulations to the Kingston Kobras Novice Rep and Select teams, both of whom are having a ton of success this season. The rep team has qualified to play for the provincial title in the highest division after winning a bronze medal at the qualifiers in Napanee last weekend.  The Kobras beat Durham West 16-1, Port Perry 18-0 and Mississauga North 11-8 (despite falling behind 6-0 in the first innning) before losing to Richmond Hill 5-3 in the undefeated game and then Mississauga North 3-1 in the bronze game.  The team now travels to Windsor to play against the top teams in…
